2007 Annual Report

Welcome to Europa Oil & Gas plc

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc is active throughout the Europe-North Africa region. It has producing oil assets in the UK, along with a wide range of exploration and appraisal projects in various stages of development in the UK, Romania, France, Egypt and Western Sahara.

The Company currently produces oil from three UK onshore oilfields, with ongoing appraisal work in Romania. Exploration is an integral part of the portfolio and the Company has exploration upside in all areas where it holds licences.

The Company was admitted to London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market on 11th November 2004, with symbol EOG.
