Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, is involved in the
exploration and production of hydrocarbons in Europe. The Company
has a balanced portfolio of 13 oil and gas exploration and
production assets in its core areas of UK, Romania and France.
The Company currently produces oil from three UK onshore
oilfields, with ongoing appraisal work in Romania. Exploration is
an integral part of the portfolio and the Company has exploration
upside in all areas where it holds licences.
The management has a strong mainstream oil and gas background,
which enables Europa to continue to identify, acquire and develop
profit-making oil and gas assets.

and Wales in 2004.
The Company Registration Number is 5217946.
The Company was admitted to London Stock Exchange Alternative
Investment Market on 11th November 2004, with symbol EOG. All
