In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 4th May 2010, by certain directors of the Company, of the following interests in the issued voting share capital of the Company:

1. Mr Ahlefeldt-Laurvig owns shares through HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited.

2. Mr Barrett is the registered owner of 6,967,044 ordinary shares and Mrs E Syba is the registered owner of 7,623,732 ordinary shares. The number of shares held in SIPPs for Mr Barrett and Mrs Syba total 3,064,295

3. Mr Corrie owns shares through Corrie Limited (of which he is a director) and R.T. Property Investments Limited (in which Mrs Corrie has 50% interest)
