Romania - EIII-3 Cuejdui Block

The Boistea-1 well, drilled in 2008, tested gas at sustainable rates of 300,000scfpd. Significant formation damage was induced during testing and it is believed the reservoir is capable of much greater flow rates in virgin state. Consequently, the well is suspended pending an evaluation of a possible development scenario, which is likely to be a gas-to-power solution following a frac stimulation of the well.
