5 January 12 - Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, received notification yesterday that, following the purchase of 700,000 shares on 3 January 2012, Mr Bo Kroll now has a total beneficial interest in 5,690,423 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 4.1% of its issued voting rights.
