Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, West Africa and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces that on 26 October 2026 (the “Grant Date”), under the Company’s 2024 Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) Share Option Plan, a total of 4,405,766 options were granted over Ordinary Shares.

The options granted shall vest on the third anniversary of the Grant Date (the “Vesting Date”), subject to the satisfaction of the applicable performance conditions, expire 3 years from the performance Vesting Date or ten years from the Grant Date whichever is sooner, and are subject to a performance condition requiring a Commercially Viable Discovery to be made within the EG-08 licence area as evidenced by an Independent Competent Person’s Report and a formal Declaration of Commerciality having been submitted to and accepted by a Relevant Authority, both within 4 years of the Grant Date.

 

Following the above-mentioned option award, as of 26 October 2026, the Company has a total of 60,125,606 options outstanding over Ordinary Shares.
